There is no rush to fit every dog into the same experience. This process helps us understand what will make your dog comfortable, safe and successful.

Submit health records
We review current vaccination documentation before scheduling group activities.

- Share any recent illness or health changes
- Keep records current for future visits
- Exact vaccination, parasite prevention and age requirements will be confirmed in the final business policy.
Meet & assessment
A calm introduction allows us to observe your dog without pushing them beyond their comfort level.
- Meet the caregiver and explore the environment
- Observe comfort with handling and transitions
- Introduce other dogs gradually when appropriate
- Discuss the best group, schedule or care approach
- This is not a pass-or-fall test. It helps determine whether group daycare is the right environment for your dog.

Once approved, you receive the information needed to choose a date and prepare for the first visit.
- Receive confirmation and booking access
- Select an available daycare date
- Review arrival and pickup instructions
